Today, independent developer Skinny Bandit revealed Mechjestic, a new and intriguing card-building role-playing game with steampunk inspiration. Mechjestic, which is slated for release on PC via Steam in 2025, aims to transport players to a mysterious and strategic retro-futuristic environment.
A teaser trailer (seen below) for Mechjestic, a dynamic steampunk universe, has been unveiled by Skinny Bandit Studios in conjunction with the Steam Deckbuilder Festival.

In Mechjestic, players take part in a society in which taming mechanical monsters is necessary to survive. Play fierce card fights and make calculated sacrifices to obtain necessary resources and enable actions. Players upgrade their mech and deck after every engagement as they traverse a hexagon-based overworld, making sure they are always powerful against enemies.
With the introduction of cutting-edge gameplay features like Mech construction and the Refuel system, Mechjestic gives players unmatched flexibility in modifying their tactics and rising to new difficulties. Mechjestic allows players to experiment and hone their chosen playstyles because there are various routes to victory.
Mechjestic Key Features:
- Visual Mech Building: Mechs can have their appearance and attributes customized with Equipment cards; whole sets come with extra perks.
- Refuel Mechanic: Play cards or upgrade engines by managing fuel, which offers a customizable deck and gameplay.
- Dedicated Engines: Find and enhance Engines with special capabilities to customize tactics.
- Endless Mode: After the main campaign, discover a dynamic, constantly-evolving adventure with fresh obstacles and hidden treasures on every floor.
- Overworld Mechanics: Carefully plan and explore as you strategically navigate a puzzle-style Overworld with “fog of war.”
