Former Director of Operations Steps Into Lead Role at Game Art Outsourcing Studio
(San Francisco, CA) February 24, 2015 – Massive Black, an industry leader in intellectual property development, today announced long time Director of Operations, Melissa Lee, has taken over as President. Lee has spent her career at Massive Black managing the creative development process for the studio, expanding business development, and collaborating across all disciplines to ensure all projects are developed according to brand strategy and progressing along timelines.

As part of a new initiative, Massive Black is expanding their business model to offer consultation and advice to independent artists seeking expertise in business management and contract negotiations when partnering with potential clients. The goal is to create an equal and level playing field for both parties involved when independent artists are working and negotiating with new clients. Some of the artists Massive Black has agreed to offer consultation to are Brad Rigney, Espen Sætervik, Even Mehl Amundsen, Mike Bierek, Ironklad Studios, Karla Ortiz, Rich Doble, and Pete Konig.
