MY BEAUTIFUL PAPER SMILE Heading to Steam Early Access this Spring

Oceanside, California. – Vicarious PR’s new game publishing branch, Vicarious Publishing, is proud to announce that Two Star Games new horror adventure, My Beautiful Paper Smile, will launch onto Steam Early Access later this Spring (check out our preview!).

My Beautiful Paper Smile is a dark, dreamlike horror adventure through a world of strange science, spirits and the dark obsession. Players will explore this nightmare world as one of the “Joyous”, masked children raised in an underground facility, trained to be ‘perfect’, with failure harshly punished by the ‘authorities’. The very thought of escape is forbidden, but plans to leave begin forming as a mysterious voice speaks to this child in their sleep.

As with Two Star Games’ previous title, My Friend Is A RavenMy Beautiful Paper Smile is a horror story engineered to worm its way under the player’s skin, rather than overwhelm with jump scares and gore. Everything about this strange pencil-sketch world is built to cultivate a sense of unease, and as players dig deeper into the puzzles of the Facility and beyond they will uncover dark truths.
