Even though Nintendo will not be at E3 this year physically, they have already detailed their digital event.
UPDATE: The official Nintendo word is that it will not be revealing new hardware at E3.
Now, there is a rumor that Nintendo will be announcing new hardware this June 10-12 in Los Angeles.
In the latest episode of Nintendo Voice Chat, IGN editor Jose Otero revealed that a rumor is going around that Nintendo will be showcasing new hardware at the E3 event:
“We’ve heard rumors that Nintendo might be showing hardware at E3.”
In addition, IGN co-founder, Peer Schneider, stated that he has heard the same news:
“They’re absolutely going to show new hardware this year. No doubt in my mind that something… ‘Cause I’ve heard from multiple people now. I’ve heard from someone who used to be at Nintendo; I’ve heard it from somebody on the third-party front.”
