The NVIDIA Shield, which was originally supposed to have been released tomorrow, June 27th, has been delayed into the month of July.
The delay has been blamed on “final quality-assurance testing” that turned up a mechanical issue NVIDIA “is not happy with.” The issue relates to a third-party mechanical component, and NVIDIA is working with the supplier to “get it up to our expectations.”
Are you disappointed that Shield will not release tomorrow?
