While at PAX East 2019, I met with developer Team Fugl and publisher Kotori Studios Ltd. to test out their game. FUGL is about being a bird and a fish. It is all about flying and experiencing the beauty of nature throughout the world.
When I tried the FUGL in VR, for a few minutes I actually felt like I was flying myself. The experience was so amazing by flying through and changing into different birds and animals; Then diving into the water and changing back into the world. FUGL has different terrains available, which can be switched mid flight after flying high enough above the terrain.
There is no objective to achieve in the game other than just flying through the sky and experiencing all the different terrains and flying throughout as different birds. It is a quick immersive experience. FUGL is available via Steam Early Access and will launch this year on VR and Mobile as a premium title.
