Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Free Beard & Hair DLC Now Available

New hair styles, beard options, and posture varieties to customize your party

Irvine, California – Independent developer Obsidian Entertainment, in partnership with indie powerhouse publisher Versus Evil, have announced the launch of its latest free DLC pack for Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. The free DLC, titled Beard & Hair is the third free DLC pack to grace the game since launch and just one of many which are planned to add more content to Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire over the coming months. The Beard and Hair Pack expands the character customization options with new hair styles, beard choices, and a new personality setting. Whether you are making a brand-new party or giving an existing hero a bold new look, this free DLC expands upon the already impressive array of character customization options found in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

In addition to the free DLC, the development team has revealed the contents of the latest update which brings a host of improvements and features to the game including additional custom AI support, ship resupply, balance adjustments and backer fulfillments updates among many more, for a full list of the latest patch notes click here.

BEARD & HAIR PACK FREE DLC – WHAT’S INSIDE?

  • Three new beards
  • New energetic personality setting.

In addition to the latest free Beard & Hair Pack, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire players are also reminded they can also pick up the Rum Runner’s Pack free DLC as well as the free Critical Role Pack DLC on Steam. Based on the top live streamed tabletop campaign, the pack includes special portraits and player voice lines that can be used for custom created characters based on the members of Vox Machina, the characters from the first Critical Role campaign.

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is available on Windows PC, Mac, and Linux platforms via Steam, with a console version for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch coming later in the year.
