SQUARE ENIX has announced that VALKYRIE ELYSIUM is now available on PC via Steam. Players can now begin their adventure on PC as the protagonist Valkyrie and enjoy a free game update*, which introduces three pieces of new content. This free update was also released as a patch update on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 earlier this month, so console players can also enjoy the new and challenging content.

Console and PC players can both enjoy three pieces of new content introduced in the free update:
- Hilde’s Vengeance Mode – After clearing the base game, play exclusively as Hilde in this new game mode and utilize her unique skills to defeat powerful enemies.
- Seraphic Gate – After clearing the base game, players can take on these high difficulty time attack battles. Players can earn unique rewards by clearing all of the stages.
- VERY HARD / VALKYRIE Difficulty Modes – Players looking for even more challenge can test out two new higher difficulty modes.
In VALKYRIE ELYSIUM, a young Valkyrie is entrusted with the fate of the world by the All-Father, the highest of gods and ruler of all creation, who will face various enemies on her quest and must utilize a variety of weapons, magic and the power of her allies to prevent Ragnarok—the destruction of the world. VALKYRIE ELYSIUM calls on its roots with music from series regular Motoi Sakuraba while driving the series forward in a fresh, new direction with classic combat mechanics, such as finishing moves and combo systems, reimagined for an action-RPG.
VALKYRIE ELYSIUM is now available for PS5, PS4 and PC via Steam. A free downloadable demo** is available on PS5 and PS4. The game is rated Teen by the ESRB.

* The free update is included in the STEAM version of the game and does not require a separate download.
** Demo save data cannot be transferred to the full game between hardware on the PS4 and PS5. Demo save data cannot be transferred between the PS4 and PS5 demo versions.
