The Station is a mystery/exploration game. The premise is a station that has been sent to spy on an alien civilization has suddenly lost power and stealth capabilities. Your character is being sent to the station to find out what went wrong and, if possible, to rescue the crew and/or repair the station, preferably before the alien civilization notices the existence of the station.
There is no combat in this game. You can only walk, run, and pick up objects. There are puzzles in the game though.
The Station does a great job of story telling. While you have minimal contact with the crew, the game does an excellent job of establishing a personality for the crew members through letters, audio logs, and various other details throughout the station. For example, one of the crew members enjoys playing pranks, something you learn by encountering some of the pranks aboard the station.
Overall, I enjoyed this game. while it is only about 1-2 hours long, it does a lot with that time.
