iBuyPower has released a screenshot of its Steam Machine prototype.

To clarify, there is no one Steam Machine as Valve is working with existing hardware manufacturers to produce a range of tiers Steam Machines to its specifications. Valve is producing the Steam Controller in-house.
While the specs for iBuyPower Steam Machine have not been revealed yet, it was mentioned that it can run all Steam titles at 1080p and 60FPS.
