The Crew 2, an open world racing game by developer and publisher Ubisoft, came out back in 2018, which is still going strong, and the devs have added a new update with Season 7 Episode 1: Into the Storm.
We tried our hands on the update and old players or new players are definitely looking for great changes and additions to the game. Into the Storm comes with some new events that allow players to race across the US in different settings, that includes a weather system and will challenge players for their skills. Players will have to complete the events in order to earn some amazing rewards that include Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR4 No Rules Edition.
There is a new Motorpass added that is a new progression system where players can earn rewards in Tiers based on completing events and challenges. Motorpass progression system has free as well as premium exclusive rewards. Here players will have to earn Motorstars by completing challenges and events that will allow players to unlock rewards.
Into the Storm also adds Live Summit events that are a weekly playlist of 9 activities that players can do every week. It also takes into account the difficulty based on how well you know your vehicle, and each event will need the right vehicle and tuning to get a better performance.
In addition to the new events there are a bunch of Quality-of-Life improvements added across the platforms for better gameplay. There are additional notes available HERE.
Overall, the new update is a welcome addition to the returning or new players joining to look at some amazing challenges and vehicles as reward. Definitely recommend the players to try out Into the Storm.
