The Esports Combine 2020 Virtual Convention A Resounding Success

The Esports Combine 2020 wrapped up its first virtual eSports conference with massive waves of gamers participating in skills challenges, industry professionals speaking on panels, and many participants earning collegiate eSports scholarships.

The event from Indiana Esports Development LLC. saw 1,000 gamers engaging in activities, 65 universities attending, 840 players participating in the skills challenge, and several collegiate eSports scholarships being awarded to the combine’s top athletes.

“This year’s combine was more successful than we thought it could ever be, especially as a virtual conference,” said Bill Dever, President of Indiana Esports Development. “The event was only as grand as the participants that we had and we’d like to personally thank all attendees and partners involved. The future is bright for eSports.”
