The Evil Within PAX East Gameplay Trailer Released

Bethesda Softworks and Tango Gameworks have released a new PAX East gameplay trailer for its horror title, The Evil Within.

Here is what the developer had to say about The Evil Within and the new video,

The terrifying new trailer shows never-before-seen gameplay and gives a first look at fighting one of the game’s most terrifying villains, Boxman.

Detective Sebastien Castellanos and his partners are called in to investigate a gruesome mass murder. After witnessing a mysterious force slaughter his fellow officers, Sebastian is ambushed and knocked unconscious. When the video opens, he finds his world has been turned upside down. Fighting for survival in a world where hideous creatures wander among the dead, Sebastian embarks on a frightening journey to unravel who or what is behind this unimaginable evil.

The Evil Within will release in North America on August 26 and throughout Europe on August 29 for PC, PS3, PS4, XBox 360 and Xbox One.
