With the release of AION Classic EU‘s 3.7 update, Wrath, on April 23, Gameforge is ramping up the heat — and the chills! The developers at Gameforge are delving further into the history and difficulties of two brand-new, high-stakes dungeons—Burning Blood Fortress and the Dokkaebi Realm.

Burning Blood Fortress /Face the Fury of Yaksha
Get ready to plunge into a gauntlet covered with lava, where a broken fire dragon awaits your release. Players will encounter Yaksha, a tortured beast created by fire, sorcery, and botched experiments, in this 6-player dungeon for levels 56–60. As a special solo challenge mechanic adds additional layers of complexity and excitement, cooperation, timing, and accuracy are crucial.
AION Classic EU Update 3.7 Key Features:
- Group-based combat that is intense and has time-sensitive dynamics
- Individual “branding” experiments in the group interaction
- Rewards include Level-55 Stigmas, Young Dragon Lord’s Wings, and Burning Salvation/Subterranean Weapons.
- Available up to five times per week; refreshes on Wednesdays at 12 AM PT (Thursday) or 9 AM CET.
A snapshot of Lore
Yaksha, a blind, enraged creature lacking its former intellect or soul, was created when the Arch Dyad’s perverse experiments with the spirit of an imprisoned fire dragon separated the creature into unstable halves. Yaksha, who is now imprisoned inside the stronghold, is furious and threatens to escape and destroy Laphsaran.

Dokkaebi Realm – Enter the Domain of Shadows and Spirits
Enter a spooky parallel universe rife with tragedy and myth. This eerie dungeon, which is appropriate for players ages 56 to 60 in groups of up to six, tests players’ ability to discover secrets, withstand phantom encounters, and face Gangcheol, the malevolent alter ego of the fire dragon Imoog.
Key Features:
- Various eerie settings, such as cursed rivers and gloomy woods
- Combat strategy: To overcome spiritual defenses, use red bean paste and dokkaebi hats.
- Bosses: Janggi Master Gwangsang, Mirror Gwisin, and Murmuring Gwisin
- Final Battle: Get top-tier goodies by defeating Gangcheol in his frantic state.
- Rewards include Noble Fire Dragon King’s Wings, Immortal and Burning Subterranean Weapons, and equipment for Temple Keepers and Aeon Temple Guardians.
- Available up to five times per week; refreshes on Wednesdays at 12 AM PT (Thursday) / 9 AM CET.
Lore Snapshot:
The tranquil region of Bhulrasan was corrupted by Lady Tiamat’s manipulation of time, turning it into the Dokkaebi Realm. Gangcheol—a creature of unadulterated vengeance—was born here as a result of Imoog’s suffering. The ghostly rifts must be broken by the most courageous Daevas in order to rid the land of its wretched past.
