Ascend, the first episode of Year 9, takes place shortly after the Khatun arrives in Heathmore. The Khatun commander Guljin is determined to enforce her perverted form of peace, compelling everyone to either submit to her authority or engage in combat in the arena. In order to survive and keep the people entertained, the recently vanquished Astrea must now battle in the arena. She will need to work with Kalliopi, the Amazonian Queen, to do this, but Guljin is annoyed by their growing popularity and prowess in the arena.
Khatun’s Triumph, a time-limited 2v2v2 combat event with the objective of being the last team remaining in the arena, will serve as the inaugural event for Season 1. Just by taking part in Khatun’s Triumph, players can obtain the Monitori te Salutant ornament, the From the Outlands mood effect, and Ad Bestias battle attire. Along with a new Battle Pass, Legacy Pass for Year 5 Season 1, a Hero Fest for Shaolin, Varangian, and Aramusha, new armor variations for the Knights, and new Testing Grounds, the upcoming season will also include a new Hero skin for Queen Kalliopi. Ascend will also introduce other in-game enhancements, including as nine loadout spaces that become available as your Heroes’ renown level rises; improved readability of the multiplayer interface; the Emote and reputation level 90.
For Honor is available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Ubisoft Connect, Steam and the Epic Games Store.
