Today, Riot Games and VALORANT introduced a fresh addition to the agent lineup, named Clove, who identifies as non-binary and serves as a Controller. This Scottish troublemaker creates chaos for opponents both in the midst of battle and after death. Clove, a youthful immortal, maintains an element of surprise, even after passing on, as their resurrection is always imminent.
VALORANT’s Newest Agent, Clove’s abilities include:
- Ruse (E) -Use EQUIP to observe the battlefield, use FIRE to designate the locations where Clove’s clouds will settle, and use ALT FIRE to validate the selection, which will deploy clouds obstructing vision in the designated areas. This ability can be used by Clove even after her death.
- Meddle (Q) -EQUIP a piece of essence that grants immortality. Use the fire button to throw it, causing an eruption that temporarily weakens and damages all targets within range after a brief delay.
- Pick-Me-Up (C) -Immediately acquire the vital energy of a defeated opponent that Clove injured or eliminated, obtaining swiftness and momentary wellbeing.
- Not Dead Yet (X / ULT) – Upon death, trigger the ACTIVATE command to revive. Upon revival, Clove is required to obtain a kill or contribute to damage within a specific timeframe, or they will perish again.
On March 5th, Episode 8 Act II began and introduced the Primordium Collection, a skinline inspired by ancient entities of bedlam and lava. The collection includes weapons such as the Vandal, Phantom, Spectre, Shorty, and the new Blades of Primordia dual swords. Additionally, a new Battle Pass was launched, featuring items such as the Retrowave Sheriff, Shellspire Sword, and Sending Love Spray.
