Cris Tales is a letter to JRPG by developer Dreams Uncorporated, SYCK, and publishers Modus Games. The first game of E3 2019 that I visited was one of the most original indie games. The story follows Crisbell, a normal girl who gets a super power to peek into the past as well as the future; this concept is the best thing about Cris Tales. The screen gets split in three parts: one shows the past, the second one shows the present, and the third shows the future. The amazing thing about Cris Tales is that everything happens at the run time. The game is 2D with a feel of 2.5D movements, and the story that was demoed was so far amazing! A lot of the art design including buildings as well as other things are taken from Columbia where the developers started from. A free Demo is available for Cris Tales till 24th June on Steam.
