IHOP® today announced that it would be adding more smiles to more plates this spring with creative new menu items, including as the limited-time reintroduction of Pepsi® Maple Syrup Cola in participating locations around the country. Together with exciting twists on traditional favorites, like the new Cinn-A-Stack and Cupcake House-Made Milkshakes inspired by IHOP’s most popular pancake flavors, Kids French Toast Sticks, Chicken Sandwiches, and Silk® Oatmeal Cookie Oat Creamer for the first time ever, the brand will also expand its iconic menu with flavors that guests will love any time of day.

In March 2022, Pepsi and IHOP partnered to introduce a new limited-edition flavor, Pepsi Maple Syrup Cola, in honor of all pancake fans worldwide. There were just 2,000 fortunate people who were able to sample the flavor. Now, IHOP and Pepsi are introducing the decadent flavor of Pepsi® Maple Syrup Cola to a wider audience! The limited-edition flavor will be available at participating IHOP locations nationwide beginning of today, April 1st!

Pepsi® Maple Syrup Cola and Float: A delicious pleasure filled with maple syrup perfectly balanced with crisp, reviving caramel flavors from Pepsi. Also offered as a vanilla ice cream float!
Additionally, with its Pancake of the Month program, IHOP is giving patrons a whole new cause to be happy about pancakes. A new flavor will be introduced on February 1, 2024, and will be offered as a whole stack, side, or component of a pancake combo every month after that. Cinnamon Apple Pecan is the Pancake of the Month flavor for April.

The two Classic Chicken Sandwiches—grilled or crispy—two House-Made Milkshakes, a Watermelon Splasher, and French Toast Sticks—served all day for children 12 and under—are among the new sweet and savory main menu additions at IHOP. Finally, to commemorate Sonic the Hedgehog, IHOP and SEGA® are teaming together. Loyalty members may earn PanCoins, which they can then exchange for Sonic the Hedgehog content. An unique DLC Amy outfit for SEGA’s most recent game, Sonic SuperstarsTM, which reimagines the 2D classic Sonic platforming, is available at IHOP’s Stack Market, along with complete game download tickets for Sonic Superstars, Sonic FrontiersTM, and Sonic OriginsTM Plus. Limited-edition Sonic the Hedgehog gift cards from IHOP will be available online and in a few restaurants until May 5, 2024. Visitors can visit their nearby IHOP restaurant to sample a six-item menu inspired by Sonic.
