SXSW London Announced - Gaming Cypher

A fantastic new event in London will start in June 2025 as part of SXSW’s expansion into Europe, the company said today.

In 2023, SXSW Sydney marked the start of this development, opening up new opportunities for an overseas interpretation of the Austin experience. The two separate events combined will make South By an essential three-stop tour for the world’s creative community.

SXSW London Features:

SXSW London will build on a legacy that has been created over almost four decades, where creatives converge every March to discuss and debate some of the most challenging issues of our time, with innovation in technology and science presented alongside the world’s biggest music and entertainment stories.
Due to its well-known creative and cultural scene, closeness to other important European tech and creative hubs, and unique personality, SXSW London will be unlike any other event.
SXSW London will take over dozens of venues, galleries, clubs, and other locations in Shoreditch over the course of a week in June. Shoreditch is known for being a thriving hub for creative and technical innovation, as well as for its diversity, energy, international food, and nightlife.
Boundary-pushing visual arts, design, and fashion programming, with exhibitions and interactive and immersive experiences in public spaces across its East London campus, will be introduced by SXSW London in addition to keynotes that are thought-provoking and inspiring, music showcases, and an overview of the latest innovations in tech, gaming, and screen.
The purpose of the event is to further Austin’s attention to sustainability and climate change while promoting constructive change for coming generations.
In the upcoming months, more information regarding the SXSW London 2025 schedule will be released. In October 2024, badge sales are scheduled to begin.
