Terminus: Zombie Survivors New Fuel & Faith Update Coming June 2

Developer Ingeon Games is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of the V0.9.8 “Fuel & Faith Update” for Terminus: Zombie Survivors, an open-world survival game with roguelike elements set amidst a zombie apocalypse.

Going live globally on June 2, 2023, the Fuel & Faith Update propels the game’s Early Access journey forward, drawing ever closer to its full release. The update is packed with exciting new features, including but not limited to the addition of a car fuel system, expanded locations, a new Pastor occupation for character roles, a food preservation function, an enhanced inventory system, and new sandbox options.

Terminus: Zombie Survivors creates a niche in the 2D roguelike survival genre with its blend of emergent gameplay and strategic survival. Set amid a zombie apocalypse, players navigate an open world and make strategic decisions in their journey towards the game’s end goal, the Terminus. The Fuel & Faith Update adds a new layer of complexity to the survival mechanics of the game. The introduction of a fuel system requires players to carefully manage their car’s fuel, a crucial resource for survival. Players will need to strategize their exploration and movement to ensure they don’t run out of fuel at a critical moment.

Additionally, the inclusion of three new locations—Gas Station, Clothing Store, and Church—offer new resources and strategic opportunities. Each location presents unique challenges and rewards, expanding the strategic options available to the player. The new Pastor occupation in the game provides unique ways to support fellow survivors. Through prayer and sermons, the Pastor can inspire hope and resilience in the face of the zombie apocalypse, adding an intriguing new dimension to gameplay.

Resource management is further enhanced with the addition of generators and a food preservation function, while inventory management has been revamped with new bags designed to reduce inventory weight and the addition of new furniture storage options. Moreover, players now have even more options to tailor their Terminus experience. With the introduction of new Sandbox options, players can adjust the number of locations and the quantity of car fuel in the game, further customizing the difficulty and complexity of their survival experience.

Terminus: Zombie Survivors’ “Fuel & Faith Update” will be available globally on Steam Early Access on June 2, 2023, and is free to existing owners of the game.
